About Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art based on Yin-Yang theory utilizing balance, harmony and flexibility. While other popular martial arts like Kung Fu and Taekwondo emphasize offense, Tai-Chi focuses more on Chi-Gong (breathing technique) and defense, which is the foundation for most oriental martial arts.
